Amazing job done by the team at VAULT.Andy and Dan picked up our entire house and carefully packed it all into their truck with expert precision. Although it was a cracking hot day and the driveway couldn’t accommodate the truck, the boys didn’t complain once and worked like troopers.On the other end, it was again like an oiled machine. After an 8 hour drive with kids, we were exhausted and needing some escape, and the team in Coffs unloaded with care and efficiency.Kane, Phil, Josh, Darky, Lewis, Tyson and Dave all broke themselves to ensure we had everything where we wanted it. And although they moved close to 90 cubic meters, it was all done in three hours with consideration, care and smiles all round.I couldn’t recommend VAULT enough. Awesome Team ! Lil the receptionist was absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable on the processes. Their associate Paul from Baulkam Hills Removals was very professional he reviewed the property for accessibility and gauged the correct requirements for the logistics. The team led by Rob were amazing 👏 I was left in awe at their energy and drive. I can not say enough about the vault team. They looked after us on an interstate move so well. The team that was allocated to us were magic. Kind, funny, responsive to a point a point where I was trying to poach them to work for me. A small insurance claim was dealt with, swiftly and easily. Some things don’t transport well and the team were so remorseful when my item arrived damaged. This definitely wasn’t through any poor management by the team, these things happen and it’s the follow up and the care taken to replace the item that makes Vault an amazing business.

Hi, sold my home and called on Sam to give me a quote to remove and store my goods. It was very reasonably priced so went ahead. They turned up on time, I was caught short on packing time so they helped pack up my remaining goods at a reasonable price. After my friends house is packed up too they'll drive the two households up to Hervey Bay and unpack them into our new home. Again the prices are very reasonable. They are friendly, helpful and punctual and based on my experience so far I would recommend Sam and his crew to do your job.

Sam was great! Solid quoting process. Creative problem solving skills that gave us options on costs and was a great manager of his team. The team spent a day and half packing us up in the Coffs area, and helped us coordinate a second pickup in Sydney and 2 drop off spots in Sydney. Everything ended up where it was supposed to end up! Nothing was broken. There is not a single reason to not use CHR&S! Give them a call!!!

Very impressed with the end to end service from Coffs. Sam, Connie and the moving team were all absolutely fabulous. I have done 5 international moves and numerous local moves in my day and these guys were one of the absolute BEST! Success always starts with the initial contact and Connie and the office team were outstanding and provided assurance and confidence that they could execute our move from Dee Why to Evans Head working perfectly with our schedule. They make regular trips to Sydney and beyond even though they are headquartered in Coffs. They were incredibly communicative through the whole process and lead up to the move and worked with us on delivery times and even owner Sam came out personally to ensure everything went smoothly! The guys on the ground were friendly and professional...salt of the earth...and took great care, even through some of it was only IKEA, they treated it like treasured heirlooms. I couldn't say enough good things about the whole experience and highly recommend these guys for Sydney moves and beyond!
